Gregory A. Vaitl
Owner, Supervisor and Funeral Director
Gregory A. Vaitl grew up and resides in Lebanon County. He is a 1996 graduate of Lebanon High School and a graduate of Northampton Community College where he earned an Associates Degree in Applied Science of Funeral Service. He was awarded the Pennsylvania Funeral Director Student of the Year in 2007. Greg received his funeral director license in 2008. He is the owner and supervisor of Christman's Funeral Home, Inc. Greg is excited about his role at the funeral home and is eager to serve families with The Perfect Farewell. He is married to Alyssa Vaitl and has two daughters, Olivia and Addison. Greg is a member of Zion's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Lebanon, Myerstown-Elco Rotary Club and the Kiwanis club of Lebanon.
Deana Slyter grew up in Phoenixville, PA and a 2011 graduate from Phoenixville Area High School. She studied at Montgomery Community College before pursuing Funeral Serving Education program at Northampton Community College in Bethlehem where she was the Vice President of Sigma Phi Sigma and won top of her class for her restorative arts project. Aside from drawing, Deana and her husband, Bryan Slyter, enjoy spending time and walking around their new community with their two rescue dogs, Jada and Gatsby.
David Shollenberger is a recently retired professional who lives with his wife Karen in Womelsdorf. From personal experiences he understands the significance of losing a loved one. Dave is honored to be of service to you, your family and your friends.
Kim lives in Lebanon with her husband Darryl. She is retired from the Dental/Medical field. She loves spending time with her 2 daughters and their families, especially her 3 grandsons. They are the apple of her eye. Kim is a people person and is honored to help you and your family at Christman's Funeral Home.
Andre Logan Sr., is originally from Halifax Va, and is a 2000 Graduate of Halifax County High School. He is an Army Veteran with multiple tours and duty stations around the world. He joined Christman's Funeral Home in 2018. In his spare time he enjoys fishing, hiking and enjoying time with friends and family.
Kelly Ortiz grew up in Lebanon and is a 2005 graduate of Lebanon High School. She is a US Navy Veteran and joined Christman's Funeral Home in 2013. Kelly and her husband, Abraham, have 2 daughters, Myalani and Khalia. She is an active member of Iglesia Nuevo Nacimiento. After experiencing her own loss in family she felt devoted to helping other families.
