Howard Chaney

Howard C. "Lightning" Chaney, 89, of Lebanon, died on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at his home.
He was born on Saturday, February 14, 1931 to the late John D. Chaney and Blanche A. Chaney nee Kinsinger in Someset. He was a member of Lebanon Christian Fellowship and worked at Jubilee. He enjoyed cowboy movies, especially John Wayne.
Surviving are wife Marie B. Chaney nee Light ; children Howard Griffin, George Griffin, Blanche Seiverling, Shirley Griffin, Wanda Griffin; several grandchildren; several great grandchildren; brother Donald Chaney; sisters Nancy Moon, Dorothy Eisentrout, Carol Lee, Gladys Mitchell. He was preceded in death by daughter Sharon Vazquez; several siblings.
Viewing will be on Saturday, January 9, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Christman's Funeral Home, Inc., 226 Cumberland Street, Lebanon.
Funeral services will be on Saturday, January 9, 2021 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Pleasant Hill Chapel Cemetery, Jonestown, following the service.
