Charles R. "Buddy" Burkholtz, 75, of Lebanon, died on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at his home. He was born on Tuesday, December 24, 1946 to the late Charles R. Burkholtz and Mildred Burkholtz nee Deaven in Lebanon. He was a veteran of the Marine Corps in the Vietnam War and enjoyed shooting guns and was a member of Jonestown Fish and Game, FOP, the Legion and VFW. Surviving are wife Colleen F. Burkholtz nee Allwein; children Wendy Crossgrove and spouse Robert, Steven Erb and spouse Ann, Wayne Burkholtz and spouse Diana; grandchildren Sharayah Crossgrove, R.J. Crossgrove; sisters Magdoena Lesher, Ginny Rebuck, Susan Neyer. He was preceded in death by sister Bonnie King. Celebration of Life will be on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 at 12:00 PM at Christman's Funeral Home, Inc., 226 Cumberland Street, Lebanon. Inurnment will be at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, with full military honors, following the service.
