Wayne B. "Jake" Brightbill, 87, of Lebanon, died on Friday, April 21, 2017 at his home.
He was born on Friday, May 24, 1929 to the late Jacob Brightbill and Edith Brightbill nee Brandt in Prescott. He worked as a Tool and Die Maker for Bethlehem Steel and was a veteran of the Air Force in the Korean Conflict.  He was a graduate of Lebanon High School and enjoyed golfing, dancing and Pittsburgh sports teams. Wayne also liked attending his grandchildren's sporting events.
Surviving are life long partner Jean D. McCauley; son Nathan J. spouse of Kim Brightbill; step sons Barry Boyer, Jeffrey Boyer, Scott McCauley, Todd McCauley; grandchildren Jacob Brightbill, Cody Brightbill, Katelyn Brightbill, Emily Brightbill, Serenity Lash, Lindsey Labe. He was preceded in death by daughter Alicia.
Viewing will be on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Christman's Funeral Home, Inc., 226 Cumberland Street, Lebanon.
Funeral services will be on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Salem UCC Cemetery, Campbelltown, with full military honors, following the service.
