Sterling Lebo

Sterling Raymond Lebo (Bud), 83, died Monday, June 3, 2019 at home.  He was the husband of Onorina (Castagna) Lebo, to whom he was married for 61 years.

Born in Greenpoint, Lebanon County, PA, to Jennie M. Long Lebo and David William Lebo, the youngest and last surviving of 12 siblings, Bud was a proud veteran of the US Army, having served overseas and in the States from 1954 to 1963. Sterling retired from The Bethlehem Steel Company in Lebanon and later from the Henise Tire Company in Cleona.

Bud is predeceased by his daughter, Patricia.  Surviving, in addition to his wife, are three sons, William, and his wife Lora of Lebanon, Richard and his wife Denise, also of Lebanon, and Jerry, with his wife Colleen, residents of Jonestown.  Bud is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 8, 2019 graveside in Greenpoint, PA at the Sattazahn’s Chapel Cemetery at 11:00 AM, with interment immediately following.  Contributions may be made in lieu of flowers to the Ono Fire Company, 10805 Jonestown Road, Jonestown, PA, 17038
