Stephen K. Brubaker

Stephen Kent “Steve” Brubaker, 75, passed away on August 23, 2026 in his home surrounded by family. Born in Lebanon, Pennsylvania on February 20,1951, he was the son of the late Walter H. Jr. and Eleanor Packer Brubaker. Steve was a 1970 graduate of Perkiomen School and earned his bachelor’s degree from Susquehanna University in 1974. Following his education, he co-owned and operated Sycamore Hill Trailer Sales alongside his brother. Steve enjoyed being outdoors and took pride in caring for his yard. He could build or fix just about anything and was always his daughters’ first call when something needed repaired. He treasured time spent traveling with his wife and family, listening to good music, and going for rides on his e-bike. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Anne; two daughters, Sarah (Michael) Reager and Elizabeth (Eric) Miller, both of Lebanon; and four grandsons—Owen, Adam, Caleb, and Grant—who affectionately knew and adored him as “Papa Steve.” He is also survived by his sister, Lynn Martinez (Michael) as well as loving nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Steve was preceded in death by his brother, Walter H. Brubaker III (Sally). A service will be held privately for close family and friends.
