Shirley M. Krall

Shirley M. Krall, age 85, passed away on October 6, 2026, in Lebanon, PA. Shirley Krall was born on September 1, 1941 in Lebanon, PA, to Harry, Sr. and Mildred Umbenhauer. Shirley enjoyed touching countless young people's lives during her long career as a school cafeteria worker. Shirley married Calvin Monroe Krall, and the couple had three children: Terry Krall, Sharon Miller, and Karen Krall. Shirley enjoyed sewing and baking for her loved ones, and she also loved playing the organ. For as long as they were able, Shirley and C. Monroe made time to travel and go camping together, and they also appreciated a good hoedown or night out dancing! For most of her life, Shirley was a member of the Myerstown United Church of Christ. Shirley is survived by children Terry (Laura) Krall and Sharon (Brian) Miller; grandchildren Megan (Jeremy) Pinero, Timothy Krall, Keith (Bryce) Miller, and Kerri (Dylan) Zemitis; and great-grandson Geralt Pinero. Shirley is preceded in death by her husband C. Monroe Krall; daughter Karen Krall; and brother Leroy Umbenhauer. Shirley's other brother, Harry Umbenhauer, Jr., sadly followed her in death on October 8, 2026. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Christman's Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., with the public viewing to begin at 10:00 AM. A graveside service will immediately follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery of Myerstown.
