Ruth Erwin

Ruth M. Erwin, 96, of Lebanon, died on Thursday, August 27, 2015 at StoneRidge Retirement.
She was born on Tuesday, April 15, 1919 to the late Paul Potteiger and Rachael Potteiger nee Davis in Lebanon.  She enjoyed reading, watching horse racing and watching football.
Surviving are daughters Nancy M. Lynn, Diane R. McKinney; grandchildren Brent S. Pottieger, FL, Patrick J. Jr., and spouse Joy McKinney,Lebanon, Julie D. spouse of William Smeltzer, Myerstown, Alex Peffley; great grandchildren Benjamin W. Smeltzer, Lukas G. Smeltzer, Jackson S. Smeltzer; brother John "Jack" spouse of Roseanne Potteiger. She was preceded in death by husband of 67 years, Sterling R. Erwin; daughter Susan C. Erwin.
Viewing will be on Wednesday, September 02, 2015 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Christman's Funeral Home, Inc., 226 Cumberland Street, Lebanon.
Funeral services will be on Wednesday, September 02, 2015 at 12:00 PM at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Grand View Memorial Park, Annville, following the service.
