Roy Metz

Roy E. Metz, 88, of Lebanon, died on Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital.
He was born on Thursday, December 06, 1928 to the late Theodore Metz and Alice Metz nee Todd in Easton, PA. He was a member of Stewartsville Lutheran Church and retired as a Civil Engineer. He was a veteran of the Army in World War II and enjoyed woodworking. Roy also helped design the First Atomic Submarine.
Surviving are daughters Kathleen M. McGinnis, Patricia M. Kolkman; 8 grandchildren; sisters June M. Zimmerman, Marian M. Kressler. He was preceded in death by son Stuart E. Metz.
Graveside services will be on Friday, September 01, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Stewartsville Lutheran Cemetery, NJ.
