Robert Davis

Robert J. Davis, 80, of New Ringgold, died on Sunday, June 21, 2015 at his home.
He was born on Thursday, December 20, 1934 to the late Edward Davis and Ida Davis nee Becker in Philadelphia. He was a member of Catholic Church of St. Cecilia and was a veteran of the Navy.  Robert was a member of Kiwanis and Rotary Clubs in Philadelphia, Century Club at Peco Energy and volunteered with Boy Scouts. Robert lived life to the fullest, loved the horses, and was the family historian.
Surviving are sons Robert W. spouse of Gaye Davis, Michael spouse of Janice Davis; daughter Eileen spouse of John Makejew; grandchildren Samantha J. Davis, Victoria H. Davis, Catherine Davis, Kiersten Davis, Kaitlyn Davis, John Makejew, Jason Makejew; sister Helen spouse of Michael Stearn; good friend Jeffrey Cole; faithful companion Rodeo.
Viewing will be on Tuesday, June 30, 2015 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Christman's Funeral Home, Inc., 226 Cumberland Street, Lebanon.
Funeral services will be on Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, with full military honors, following the service.
