Kay Cummings

Kay L. Cummings, 75, of Lebanon , died on Monday, January 09, 2017 at M.S. Hershey Medical Center.
She was born on Monday, April 14, 1941 to the late Marshall E. Keener and Martha P. Keener nee Foltz in Cornwall. She was a member of Salem Evangelical Lutheran Church and worked as a registered nurse.  Kay was a graduate of the Hershey Junior College and Lancaster General Hospital School of Nursing.  She was a life time member of the Lancaster General Hospital Alumni Association; Good Samaritan Hospital Alumni Association; Amateur Herbalist; Master Gardner Class of 1999; Stuck on Stamping Club; AARP; and the National Association of Retired Federal Employees. She was an avid rubber stamper and scrapbooker.  Kay enjoyed spending time with her family.
Surviving are daughters Aundria L. Cummings Dee spouse of David, Summit, NJ, Ellen L. spouse of Mark Kuhnert, Tower City; grandchildren Alexis Marie Kuhnert, Trent Ryan Kuhnert, Devyn James Kuhnert; brothers Edward M. spouse of Joan Keener, Bruce D. spouse of Carol Keener; sister Janet E. spouse of Steven Layser; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by husband James G. Cummings Jr.
Visitation will be on Friday, January 13, 2017 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at Salem Evangelical Lutheran Church, 119 N. 8th Street, Lebanon.
Memorial services will be on Friday, January 13, 2017 at 11:00 AM at the church.
Inurnment will be at Cornwall Cemetery, Cornwall, following the service.

The family has invited all who attend the memorial service to a time of food and fellowship at Cornwall Inn, 50 Burd Coleman Road, Cornwall, following the inurnment.
