Joyce M. Weik, 89, of Lebanon, died on Tuesday, October 11, 2016 at Spang Crest Manor.
She was born on Wednesday, September 21, 1927 to the late Martin Spangler and Lavina Spangler nee Buck in Rahway, NJ. She was a member of Covenant United Methodist Church and worked as a registered nurse. Joyce graduated in 1945 from Lebanon High School and then from Jefferson Medical College School of Nursing. She was a registered nurse in the Delivery room of the Lebanon Sanatorium. Joyce was an excellent seamstress and baker.
Surviving are husband William O. Weik; daughter Rebecca spouse of Donald MacMillan; son William S. spouse of Tracey Weik; grandchildren Amanda spouse of Anthony Stromoski, Rachel spouse of Brian Huryn, Megan spouse of Matthew Brown; great grandchildren Natalie Huryn, Alexander Huryn, Ava Brown; sisters Louise Weaver and Josephine Bomberger. She was preceded in death by sister Elizabeth Spangler; brother George Spangler.
Funeral services will be at the convenience of the family.
