Joan L. Reppert, 80, of Downingtown, died on Sunday, December 13, 2020 at her home.
She was born on Friday, February 23, 1940 to the late Henry K. Phillips and Alice Phillips nee Light in Lebanon.
Surviving are children Alison B. Burlingame and Michael Rudegeair; grandchildren Philip Burlingame and Samantha Burlingame.
