Ernest D. Wike

Ernest D. Wike, 76, passed away on Saturday, January 20, 2024 in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. He was born on Wednesday, January 29, 1947 to the late Robert Wike and Eva Fox Wike in Lebanon. Ernest was an amazing father and a hard worker; he worked as a cutter at a shoe factory until his retirement. After he retired Ernest liked to enjoy his time watching the Philadelphia Phillies, playing poker, traveling when he could and spending time with his family. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Elsa E. Miller Wike; Children Lisa Reitz and husband Richard, Jamie Ream and husband Kevin; Grandchildren Hannah Reitz, Dylan Reitz, Graycyn Ream and Brayden Ream; Siblings Richard Wike and Florence Felty; as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. A celebration of life will be held at a later date at the family’s convenience.
