Emma Jane "Grammy" Steiner, 90, of Lebanon, died on Sunday, March 27, 2016 at Spang Crest Manor.
She was born on Friday, December 11, 1925 to the late Harvey B. Long and Margaret Long nee Roemig in Annville. She was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church. She retired as an RN from GSH and Cedar Haven. Emma Jane ran Steiners Dutch Oven Bakery with her husband and enjoyed family picnics and camping with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She played piano, loved animals, birds and butterflies. Emma Jane loved gardening especially her large bed of gladiolas. She was also good at crossword puzzles.
Surviving are son Donald J. Steiner and companion Jacqueline Kissinger; daughters Susan spouse of Harry Zohn, Nancy spouse of Warren McKelvey; 7 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by husband Harold J. Steiner.
Viewing will be on Friday, April 01, 2016 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Christman's Funeral Home, Inc., 226 Cumberland Street, Lebanon.
Funeral services will be on Friday, April 01, 2016 at 10:00 AM at the funeral home.
Burial will be at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, following the service.
