Earl L. Griffiths, 84, passed away peacefully in his sleep Saturday morning at Stone Ridge Village.
Earl was a decorated World War II veteran of the Navy and is originally from Lebanon but lived, worked and raised his family in Reading.
He is survived by his wife Christine, with whom he celebrated 50 years of marriage on December 9, 2011; son Paul; daughter Kristy; grandchildren; great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Earl will be laid to rest at a graveside service with military honors on Friday, February 17, 2012 at 11:00AM at Ebenezer Cemetery in Lebanon.
