Dale G. Barr

Dale G. Barr, age 84, passed away on October 12, 2026, in Lebanon, PA. Dale Barr was born on February 25, 1942 in Lebanon, PA, to Earl, Sr. and Jane Barr. After Dale's graduation from high school, he transformed his passion as a "motorhead" into a lifelong career as an automotive mechanic. Dale was best known as a man who truly loved his children, who also cared deeply about the many family pets over the years. Dale enjoyed supporting his children during their youth by coaching their baseball and BMX. Dale also served his country with the United States Army. Dale is survived by sons Tim (Jessica) Barr, Keith Barr, Douglas Barr, and Brian Barr; grandchildren Kaitlyn, Olivia, and Andrew; brothers Joel Barr, Earl Barr, Jr., and Gary Barr; and his "adoptive daughter," Tracie Seyfert. Dale is preceded in death by his beloved wife Cynthia J. Barr; and siblings Ronald Barr and Carol Barr. Services for Mr. Dale Barr will be held privately and at the convenience of the family.
