Carmen D. Albright, 83, of Myerstown, passed away peacefully on August 25, 2025, at her home surrounded by her loved ones. Born on February 24, 1942, in Lewiston, ME, to the late Herbert and Gertrude (Cote) Day, Carmen lived a full and vibrant life, marked by her unwavering spirit and deep love for her family.A dedicated entrepreneur, Carmen spent 27 years working alongside her husband, Larry Albright, in cake decorating supplies. Together, they built a successful business that brought joy and creativity to countless customers. Her passion for her business mirrored her generosity of spirit, as she often shared her delicious creations with family and friends.Before her entrepreneurial journey, Carmen worked as a Registered Nurse, a profession that showcased her compassion and dedication to caring for others. This nurturing character extended beyond her career and influenced the way she connected with those around her.Carmen was a woman of many interests and hobbies. She enjoyed playing golf, cheering on the Phillies, and making cherished memories while camping and swimming with her family. Her zest for life and enthusiasm for new experiences were infectious and left a lasting impression on all who knew her.Carmen leaves behind her beloved husband, Larry R. Albright; daughter, Karen Williams (Sam); son, Gregg Albright (Lisa); grandchildren Alyssa Albright and Adam Ababou; great grandchild Benjamin Albright; brothers, Herbert Day Jr. and Ronald Day.
