It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our extraordinary Antonio Rosario, who left this world on August 9, 2025, at the age of 88. Born on February 8, 1937, in Dajabon, Dominican Republic, to the late Miguel and Isabel Estévez. Antonio "Papa" as his kids called him, lived a life dedicated to his family, his work as a farmer, and the belief that if each individual took care of their soul, we might one day live in a better world. Antonio's unwavering spirit and devotion to those he loved will be cherished by all who knew him. Antonio is survived by his beloved wife, Matilde Rosario, and their children: Alejandrina, Yosely, Germania, Addamilka, Josefina, Robin, (late) Victor, Elvio, Pedro, and Frank. He was a proud grandfather of 24 grandchildren, a loving great-grandfather to 32 great-grandchildren, and a dear sibling to his brother Juan. Throughout his life, Antonio found joy in the simple pleasures, such as playing cards, pool, and dominoes. He cherished every moment spent with family and friends, sharing laughter and love. Antonio's legacy will live on in the hearts of his loved ones, and his memory will be held close as they navigate this profound loss. He will be dearly missed but never forgotten.
