In the midst of this pandemic it is quite difficult not to be able to be with family and friends and grieve in the traditional fashion. Being thousands of miles away when my mother passed made things extremely sad, difficult and unsettling. Greg, somehow you made it ok by having me there via FaceTime. I cant speak highly enough of your kindness and thoughtfulness during this difficult time. You helped me to give me the closure I needed even from this long distance. I can’t thank you enough for the kindness and compassion you showed to me and the family

I would like to take the time to thank you for your patience and kindness, as I worked through my father's passing. It proved to be a very challenging time, not knowing exactly his wishes, if there were any finances available to pay for final arrangements etc. You were able to help me figure out some Veteran Benefits, which I never have known about.
